Why use Rubin Custom Homes?

Rubin Custom Homes is a fully licensed and insured contracting company with almost two decades of experience in residential construction. Custom home building, specialized remodeling and personalized home additions make us the premier home contractor from Boca Raton through the Fort Pierce and Okeechobee area and everything in between.

In addition to new construction, remodels and additions, Rubin Custom Homes offers architectural design assistance and coordination. We offer complete project management including coordination with architects, permitting, hiring and managing sub-contractors, all on-site supervision, and we have our own in-house design and selection coordinator to help you with all of your selections. All of our workers and sub-contractors are licensed and insured, and our work is fully warrantied.

Some contractors will give you a low estimate to get your job, and later hit you with upcharges. At Rubin Custom Homes we give you a very accurate estimate based on the selections you desire.

Drew Dunlap, General Contractor

Drew started in the home building and remodeling industry in 1991. He believes in delivering what he promises. Drew has built and remodeled hundreds of homes, including high end custom homes. He uses his three decades of building experience to provide our clients the very best. He sets our high standards and creates the systems and processes we use.

Frank Puentes, Project Manager

Frank has been in the construction industry since he was fourteen-years-old. He has thirty-five years of experience both hands-on and managing. He has been a supervisor since the age of twenty and has a deep understanding of construction processes and practices. Some of his work has been supervising high-end homes at Riviera Isles in Miramar, Artesia in Sunrise, and St Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton.

Scott Van Woerkem, Project Manager

Scott has more than thirty years in the construction industry, including twenty years in management. He was an area construction manager for Lennar Homes for seven years, directly overseeing all superintendents and crew leaders for numerous locations at a time.

Tiffany Blanton, Operations Manager

Tiffany has been with Rubin Custom Homes for six years. She began as our permit and scheduling staff member, and has worked her way up into a key position as our overall operations manager.

Katie Carrigan, Selections

Katie studied Interior Design, Kitchen & Bath Design as well as Lighting Design. She has more than ten years of experience in Interior Design working throughout southern Florida, as well as New York and Connecticut. She helps our clients make all their selections for appliances, tile colors, cabinets, lighting, flooring, etc.

Our Tradesmen

We have our own full-time staff of highly skilled tradesmen who perform duties such as demo, drywall, framing, trim carpentry, etc. Having our own staff allows us to maintain quality control for these tasks.
